This notice explains how TRU Dwellings Private Limited ("TRU", "we") handles personal data shared through grouptru.com, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

This website does not store the details you type into its forms. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" on the enquiry form, your name, mobile number, topic and message are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches TRU unless you choose to send that message. If you call, email or message us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the TRU Group newsletter, your email app opens with a sign-up request addressed to sales@trudwellings.com. If you send it, we keep your email address on our newsletter list and use it only to send the newsletter. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by writing to sales@trudwellings.com.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange what you asked for, such as a site visit or a call back.
• To pass your enquiry to the TRU Group company that can help you: TRU Dwellings, TRU Infra, TRUTech Labs, BookMyScans or TRU Capital.
• To send the newsletter, if you subscribed.

We will not send you other marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as the law requires, and then delete them. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to sales@trudwellings.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.
