TRU began with homes. Today it builds, finances and runs the tools behind them, across five businesses that share one standard.

Our story

From one home builder to five businesses

TRU started over a decade ago as TRU Dwellings, building homes in East Bengaluru. TRU Infra grew alongside it, working with landowners on land, joint development and infrastructure.

TRUTech Labs makes software for real estate sales, construction and HR, and BookMyScans brings upfront pricing to diagnostic scans.

Behind all of it sits TRU Capital, the family office, which takes the long view on where the group invests next. Energy is the next business on that list.

Managing Director, TRU Group

V Narasimha Reddy

V Narasimha Reddy is the Managing Director of TRU Group, TRU Dwellings and TRU Infra Projects & Realty LLP, and the Managing Partner of TRU Capital.

He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction sectors and in wealth management, and has delivered over 1.6 million sq ft across three major projects. Under his leadership, TRU Dwellings was named Progressive Developer of the Year and TRU Aquapolis Luxury Lifestyle Project of the Year at the Times Real Estate Awards 2026.

He holds a B.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad. His family's roots are in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, and the family's foundation, the Smt. Vanajakshamma Vallivedu Foundation, supports women's self-help groups.

Director, TRU Group

P Renuka

P Renuka is a Director of TRU Group. She is Director of Operations at TRU Dwellings and TRU Infra Projects & Realty LLP, and a Designated Partner of TRU Capital.

She brings over 16 years of experience across the IT and real estate sectors, including key roles at IBM, HCL Technologies and Evalueserve, and leads business analysis and digital transformation across the group. She holds a B.Tech from Sri Sai Aditya Institute of Science and Technology.

Director, TRU Dwellings

V Madhu, IAS (retd.)

V Madhu joined the IAS in 1978 and served the Government of Karnataka for about 33 years, in roles including Principal Secretary for Infrastructure and Managing Director of Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation, and as Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat.

After retiring in 2011 he joined Provident Housing, a Puravankara subsidiary, where about 9 million sq ft of homes were built under his charge.

Sarat Chandra B leads TRUTech Labs, the group's technology business, which builds AI-powered products and custom software, including OPTOX for real estate sales, QuantBIM for construction and HURE for HR and payroll.

Amarjeet Singh Deo

Amarjeet Singh Deo leads investments at TRU Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in management and advisory services, specialising in venture capital, late-stage private equity and debt financing, with roles at Fidelity Investments, Aon plc, Empiral Ventures and Vagula Capital Advisory.

TRU Dwellings is named Emerging Builder – Young Achiever of the Year at the Times Business Awards, Bengaluru.
June 2025
Puravankara's construction arm wins a ₹272 Cr contract to build TRU Aquapolis, as reported by Business Standard.
2026
TRU Dwellings is named Progressive Developer of the Year, and TRU Aquapolis Luxury Lifestyle Project of the Year, at the Times Real Estate Awards, Bengaluru.
